The AirForce TexanLSS CF Series combines the proven power of the Texan platform with AirForce’s Sound-Loc® suppression system and an upgraded 500cc carbon-fiber air bottle capable of a 250 BAR / 3,625 PSI fill pressure. The result is a powerful big-bore hunting rifle designed to deliver increased performance with a significantly reduced muzzle report.
The LSS configuration was developed for shooters who want the power and projectile capability of the full-length Texan while benefiting from a quieter, fully shrouded platform. AirForce’s Sound-Loc® system surrounds the barrel with an integrated suppression system designed to reduce muzzle report without sacrificing the performance expected from a full-size Texan.
At the heart of the CF Series is a 500cc carbon-fiber air bottle rated to 3,625 PSI / 250 BAR. The higher-pressure air system provides the Texan platform with greater available air capacity, supporting increased energy and consistent performance with heavy projectiles.
In .510 caliber, the TexanLSS CF is capable of producing 800+ FPE, delivering substantial big-bore performance for serious hunting applications.
A 34-inch Lothar Walther barrel provides the length needed to take advantage of the Texan’s high-pressure air system and heavy-projectile capability. Combined with the Sound-Loc® system, it provides the long-range performance of the full-size Texan in a quieter configuration designed for the field.
The latest Texan platform also features a full-length Picatinny optics rail, making it easy to mount conventional scopes, red dots, thermal optics, and night-vision systems. Upper and lower 11mm dovetail accessory rails provide additional mounting options for bipods and other field equipment.
A manual safety provides positive control during handling and hunting, while the Texan’s straightforward single-shot operation maintains the simplicity and rugged reliability for which the platform is known.

Carbon-Fiber Performance
The 500cc carbon-fiber bottle is more than a weight-saving upgrade. Its 3,625 PSI / 250 BAR working pressure gives the Texan platform a larger high-pressure air reserve from which to produce serious big-bore energy.
In .510 caliber, the Texan CF platform is capable of exceeding 800 FPE, providing a substantial increase in available energy compared with earlier 3,000 PSI aluminum-tank configurations.
